In response to China's efforts to
steal American trade secrets via cybertheft... Trump Approves Tariffs on $50 Billion of Chinese Goods
President Trump
on Friday will announce trade measures on a list of Chinese products.
The target list,
finalized at a White House meeting on Thursday, affects a relatively small
share of the $505 billion in Chinese goods that Americans buy each year.
The measures
come in response to China's efforts to steal American trade secrets via
cybertheft.
But it's also a
key step in Trump's America First trade strategy focused on reducing the trade
deficit with China.
